Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. The service

Signal Before Signal monitors public data sources (GitHub, websites, job boards, onchain activity, feeds) and produces automated intelligence reports. Reports are generated by software, including AI models; they can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and speculation is labeled as such. Nothing in this service is financial, investment, or legal advice.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use most features. Keep your credentials to yourself and use the service lawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (spam entities, scraping, attempting to access other users' private data, or disrupting operation).

3. PRO and payments

PRO is a prepaid upgrade for a fixed period (30 days per purchase) covering the watchlist and its alerts, private entities, and deep investigations on demand. It is payable by card via Stripe or by USDC transfer on Base from your own wallet. Crypto transfers are verified onchain and are irreversible by nature. If a payment completes but PRO is not applied, contact the operator of this instance and it will be fixed or refunded.

4. Your content

Entities and watchlists you create remain yours. Public entities you create are visible to other users. Private entities (PRO) are visible only to you. If PRO lapses, your watchlist and its thresholds are kept rather than deleted — they stop producing alerts until PRO is active again.

5. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Changes

These terms may change; material changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
